Nexa Skin Analysis Launch
Instructional Handbook creation for the training and launch of the Nexa Skin Analysis Device.
The Nexa Device is being launched in China and APAC - this device is a large scale skin analysis machine that looks beyond the surface and deep into the dermis. It can track UV Damage, Emerging Dark Spots, Rough Texture, Pores, and more. This is to better serve the consumer as a clear analysis of their skin allows for better product recommendations.
My part in the project was to help assemble and design the 40+ manual that would be used for in-person training in APAC. This meant testing the device in-office, recording videos to take screenshots from, translating into other languages, creating a backend product catalog, and then providing all information in a concise way for Guides to understand.
Training was completed at the end of March and was a major success. Free-standing stores are expected to have the device shipped to them and for Guides to begin using it on consumers.
